Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nepal Film Production ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the nepalfilmproduction.com website and our filming and production services.

Our Services

Nepal Film Production provides professional filming services in Nepal including, but not limited to, fixer services, filming crew supply, camera and equipment rental, filming permits acquisition, location scouting, drone permits, and production support. The scope, pricing, and timeline for each project are agreed upon in a separate service agreement or proposal.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nepal Film Production. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Nepal Film Production.

Footage, photographs, and other creative assets produced on your behalf under a service agreement remain subject to the terms of that agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, you receive a licence to use the final delivered content for the agreed purpose only.

Payments and Cancellations

All service engagements require a deposit as specified in your individual project proposal. Cancellation policies and refund terms are outlined in each service agreement. Nepal Film Production reserves the right to cancel or postpone services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nepal Film Production shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our website or services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Nepal Film Production does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Governing Law
